A: We are currently not catering for weekly plans.
Q: Where do you buy your ingredients from?
A: Thank you for asking!
We purchase our meat from Feather and Bone Providore, a whole body butchery, who exclusively source pasture-raised animals directly from local, regenerative farms. They visit every farm to ensure transparency and provenance.
Our fruit and vegetables are purchased from a combination of sources, including Organics Only, local farms, and Harris Farm.
Pantry ingredients come from Honest to Goodness, a Sydney-based distributor of certified organic whole food and natural products.
Q: Is your food Certified Organic?
A: Most of the ingredients used in our meals is certified Organic. You can ensure that the freshest, best quality and carefully chosen seasonal ingredients are substituted when certified Organic is not accessible.
Q: How many serves can I expect from each dish?
A: As a general rule, if the weight of a meal is 750ml or 750grams, you can expect it to provide two servings.
If the weight of a meal is 1.5 litre or 1.5 kilogram, you can expect it to provide three generous servings, or four modest servings.
Q: Will the meals be enough to feed my partner?
A: The meals focus on the nutritional needs of the Newborn Mother. Of course if you are willing, you can always share, however if you are ordering a Weekly Package, this will no longer cover all of the mother’s meals for the desired duration. You can also order additional servings to ensure that there is enough for you both.
