Postpartum one handed meals & lactation food came out of a desire to bring together two of my loves, Nurturing Mothers in their Postpartum period, and feeding others with Nourishing Food.
I am a Mother, and a Postpartum Doula, with a good understanding of the nutritional requirements in the initial days and weeks following childbirth. Meal Planning is well-thought out, taking into consideration the vulnerable Digestive System of the Newborn Mother, as well as her baby, foods that have a focus on healing and Postpartum Recovery AND still taste delicious to boost Oxytocin levels as she and her baby bond. Ingredients boast quality, freshness and are mostly organic.
